Our leadership team at Abacus, with over 45 years of combined experience in the recruitment industry, has successfully owned, led, and expanded recruitment agencies. This journey highlighted a pressing demand for cost-effective back office solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs rather than generic, one-size-fits-all services.

In response, we established Abacus in 2021 under the Recruitment Investment Group, bringing our deep recruitment and talent acquisition knowledge to the forefront.
